LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT:

Marc Krasney is the originator of the Legends’ Night Concert on Feb. 29 featuring the
music of “Mr. Band of Gold” himself, Don Cherry, with an introduction by Paul Berlin.
Marc describes this event in more detail in the “Did You Know” column. This will be
the first time the Club has had such a concert.

DIRECTOR, Chairman of the Entertainment Commitee:

We are offering a special concert to you. For the first time in 62 years, the Petroleum Club
is hosting a private concert featuring Don Cherry with introductions by Paul Berlin. With a
voice resembling Bing Crosby and Perry Como, you will not be disappointed! He is known
as “Mr. Band of Gold” who played golf during the day and sang at night.

We are pleased that he and his wife, Francine, agreed to fly in from Las Vegas to put on a once
in a lifetime show for us. He will tell stories about golf and singing with some of the world’s
best crooners. Please note that we have limited seating and we expect this event to SELL OUT.
